Everything DiSC® Certification Advanced

Everything DiSC® Certification Advanced is designed for in-house facilitators as they scale and customise the Everything DiSC learning experience within their own organisation. This intensive course increases facilitator confidence and competence with engaging content on the principles of the DiSC model; suggests strategies for delivering a customised learning experience; and gives insights for navigating challenging classroom scenarios. Participants will not only gain the credential and expertise needed to deliver the Everything DiSC programs, but gain the skills needed to help foster an engaged, collaborative culture, knowledgeable in the language of DiSC.

The following modules will be covered:

Module 1 – Everything DiSC Essentials (3 hours)

Provides foundational DiSC® knowledge and an overview of the Everything DiSC suite of reports to help learners facilitate the best DiSC solutions that meet the organization’s needs.  With this flexible self-directed online course, learners can work at their own pace.

Module 2 – Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification (13 hours)

With the primary purpose being to increase confidence and expertise in delivering Everything DiSC programs, this module will allow the learner to customize solutions for their organizations to enhance communication.  This course offers flexibility with the blend of self-paced learning, paired with live virtual classroom sessions.

Module 3 – EPIC System Administration Training (5 hours)

This module helps the learning make the most out of the workplace solutions available, by choosing the appropriate assessments, ensuring follow-up tools are utilized, and tracking progress with employees in the organization.

Note:  This program includes the Everything DiSC Workplace® Facilitation Kit, which is a comprehensive tool that includes customizable handouts, slides, videos and facilitator scripts.

  • Everything DiSC Comparison Reports: Follow-up reports that can be created for any two participants. Shows their similarities and differences on six behavioral continua.   • Everything DiSC Group Culture Report: Helps you determine the group’s DiSC culture, explore its advantages and disadvantages, discuss its effect on group members, and examine its influence on decision making and risk taking. English only. Sold separately.
  • Everything DiSC Team View: Provides an at-a-glance view of any group’s individual Everything DiSC maps.
  • MyEverythingDiSC®: Extends DiSC learning beyond the classroom and into the hands of learners. This mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal gives learners unlimited access to on-demand insights about DiSC and strategies for applying DiSC to real work situations. Participant take-aways include:  

    • Access profiles anytime, with any device
    • Deepen understanding of the theory and research behind Everything DiSC
    • Learn more about how their DiSC styles impact workplace preferences
    • Invite others to compare DiSC styles—and accept invites to compare from others
    • Create Customer Interaction Maps for improving sales relationships (exclusive to Everything DiSC Sales)
  • Virtual communication coaching:  One-on-one or small group coaching can be provided to help build “communication competencies.”  Goals might include integrating the learning from the Everything DiSC Workplace training session, strengthen relationships with colleagues, boss or direct reports, learn to be more assertive, or how to give constructive feedback.
        • Workshop evaluation
        • Stakeholder debrief three months after the training to assess strategic outcomes achieved and steps to keep the training alive
        • Ongoing support to assess progress on building the organizational culture
