These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ACT One Learning Corp. website, programs, services, and content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. About ACT One Learning
ACT One Learning Corp. provides professional training, education, certification programs, and related services to individuals and organizations. Some training content is delivered through licensed authorized partners and resold programs, including 7 Stages of Growth, blanchard®, Priority®, and Wiley (Everything DiSC®, and The Five Behaviors®)
ACT One Learning operates in British Columbia and Alberta, Canada.
2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or you have the consent of a parent/guardian

You will provide accurate and complete registration information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

You will not share, sell, or misuse access to the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Account Registration
Some Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
4. Training Programs & Third-Party Content
ACT One Learning Corp. delivers both proprietary training and licensed third-party programs, including content from:

Wiley (Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors®)
By enrolling in these programs, you acknowledge that:

Certain materials, certifications, and reporting may be governed by partner terms

Personal information may be shared with these partners only as required to deliver training, validate certifications, and meet reporting requirements

All intellectual property remains the property of the respective owners
5. Payments, Fees & Refunds
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
You agree that:

All payments must be made in full before accessing paid Services

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
-
Chargebacks without valid cause may result in account suspension
-
Group and corporate training contracts may have separate refund and cancellation terms
Refund policies, when applicable, will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, training materials, videos, documents, branding, and course content are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content

Share materials outside your organization without written consent

Remove copyright notices
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Services

Upload malicious code

Harass, abuse, or threaten others

Use the platform for unlawful activities

Misrepresent your identity or credentials
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
8. Certifications & Records

Certification issuance is subject to successful completion of applicable requirements

ACT One Learning Corp. does not guarantee regulatory approval unless explicitly stated

Records may be retained for up to seven (7) years in accordance with our Privacy Policy
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our Services, you consent to data collection, use, and storage as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Service Availability & Modifications
We reserve the right to:

We are not liable for service interruptions due to:

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim

13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if:

Required payments are not made
Termination does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
