The Everything DiSC® Client Certification program is a two-week, high impact program designed for professionals who want to bring DiSC to life within their organization. As more organizations adopt Everything DiSC, the need for in-house experts who can embed its principles into everyday workplace culture continues to grow.
Ideal for HR professionals, learning & development leaders, consultants, and internal facilitators responsible for delivering training and driving culture change.

Completion of five self-directed online modules (knowledge acquisition)

Active participation in four live Wiley instructor- led sessions

Two practical application projects: Group facilitation session (assess facilitation, communication, and application of DiSC insights) and 1:1 coaching scenario (assess coaching, behavioural analysis, and application skills)

A final online exam (assess understanding of DiSC model, theory, and Catalyst™ platform; 80% passing score required)
