6. Data Storage & International Transfers
ACT One Learning stores all personal information electronically within Microsoft 365 data centres located in Canada. Personal information is not stored outside of Canada.
Limited technical processing related to security monitoring, threat detection, and system performance may occur through automated systems operated by our service providers. ACT One Learning remains accountable for all personal information under its control and ensures appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards are in place in accordance with Canadian privacy laws.
