What is an EPIC Sub-account?

EPIC is an acronym for Electronic Profile Information Center. An EPIC sub-account is a secure online website created by ACT One Learning that allows administrators to easily create and manage Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® profiles and supplemental reports to make training stick.

 

Once someone completes an assessment, EPIC scores their personalized profile right away. Administrators can give respondents access to view their profile online, or choose to print the reports to provide during training facilitation.

Organizations can personalize reports with their company name, training program, and logo. Company information also appears on the online assessment site and in emailed information from EPIC, providing respondents a consistent association to your brand.

EPIC credits are the currency used to administer assessments for training and coaching. Each assessment or report is assigned a credit value, and EPIC credits can be purchased in larger quantities to save money. EPIC credits never expire,  and pending assessments can be unassigned and reclaimed for future use.​ An EPIC account does not require an annual fee or monthly subscription; there is only a one-time fee to set one up.​
